Throughout the book, you mentioned the history of medications as well as therapy you personally went through for treating ADHD. What do you think is the most effective way of combating the effects of ADHD?
I think it often differs on a case-by-case basis. Usually it's a combination of these options. Medication works until it doesn't. An environmental change--more accommodating school or job--can be of enormous benefit, but that's pretty privileged position, to be able to make such a switch. Pragmatism, in my opinion, is key.
